Prepare for universal declaration. Check the availability of assets and liabilities in Kazakhstan

The third stage of universal declaration will begin on January 1, 2024. At this stage, managers, founders (participants) of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and their spouses, including those who have temporarily suspended their activities, will declare their assets.

It is necessary to declare assets located abroad and in Kazakhstan as reliably as possible. In the future, this will be taken into account when taxing income.

Dear taxpayers, we recommend that you independently check the availability of assets and liabilities in Kazakhstan by visiting the following sites before filling out the declaration:

1) on securities https://portal.kacd .kz;

3) on objects of intellectual property, copyright https://gosreestr.kazpatent .kz;

4) on the property transferred in trust
