Having considered the applications and materials of cases on the provision of land plots, the commission for consideration of applications for the provision of land plots by unanimous decision (in all “for” - 10) considers it possible:

1.To refuse LLP "Pilot breeding factory" Kostanai "in providinga land plot on the right of temporary paid long-term land use with a preliminary area of ​​0.85 hectares located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Maisky rural district, Mayskoye village, for maintenance and operation of equipment and structures of water supply systems;

            Base: in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 52 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the right of ownership of a structure, structure entails, in accordance with the established procedure, the right of ownership of a land plot that is occupied by the indicated buildings, structures. In accordance with subparagraph 5 of paragraph 1 of Article 48 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, land plots are provided to individuals and legal entities for the operation and maintenance of a building, structure owned by them on the basis of ownership or other property rights. Due to the lack of rights to the construction (water supply), the provision of a land plot is not possible. It is necessary to recognize the ownership of the structure in the form of a water pipe.

            2.To change the designated purpose of the land plot owned by the right of temporary paid land use, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Ayet rural district, Ayet village, E.Omarova street, section 47A, from the designated purpose "for individual housing construction" to the designated purpose "for conducting personal subsidiary plots";

            3.Refuse Oxygen Station LLP to providea land plot on the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 5 years, with a preliminary area of ​​4.6835 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Novoilyinovsky rural district, Valeryanovka village, for the installation of an asphalt concrete plant;
