Information session held on the key areas, terms, and participation procedures of the "Auyl Amanaty" program A meeting was held in Kegen District to explain the key areas, terms, and participation procedures of the "Auyl Amanaty" program, which supports rural residents in starting businesses and developing their farms. Mukhtar Batyrkhanuly, Acting District Akim, chaired the meeting. The session provided a detailed overview of the "Auyl Amanaty" program's implementation, financing mechanisms, documentation procedures, and the opportunities available to rural residents. In accordance with the agricultural funding limits set for the Almaty Region for 2026, 317 million tenge has been allocated to Kegen District to fund 21 projects. The allocated funds cover several areas: livestock farming – 10 projects (including 1 cooperative); crop farming – 4 projects (including 1 cooperative); processing – 3 cooperatives; other types of activities – 45 projects. Currently, documents from nine individual entrepreneurs and one cooperative specializing in livestock farming have been submitted to JSC "SPK Konaev." Additionally, in early 2026, 40 applications submitted in 2024 were returned by "SPK Konaev."

В соответствии с пунктом 30 Плана мероприятий по правовому просвещению на 2024–2026 годы, утвержденного приказом Министра юстиции Республики Казахстан № 899 от 13 декабря 2023 года, в аппарате акима Кегенского сельского округа был создан «Юридический кабинет», обеспечивающий доступ жителей к правовой информации. В рамках данной инициативы жителям предоставлялись разъяснения действующих норм законодательства и распространялась информация, направленная на повышение правовой грамотности граждан.

HONORING THE ELDERLY ON THE DAY OF OLDER PERSONS To mark the International Day of Older Persons on October 1st, the Kegen Rural District Akimat organized an inspiring festive gathering dedicated to respected elders and grandmothers. Mukhtar Batyrkhanuly (Acting District Akim), Kenes Kunesbayuly Kabylbekov (Deputy District Akim), and Yernat Sembekuly Iskak (Akim of Kegen Rural District) attended the event—which promoted kindness, compassion, and respect across generations—to congratulate the elders on this special occasion. During the speeches, the speakers highlighted the unique and vital role played by the older generation in fostering national unity and prosperity, as well as in providing guidance and upbringing to the youth. The event also featured a traditional blessing (*bata*) bestowed by the elders. The celebration continued with an engaging concert program, where beautiful songs lifted the spirits of all those present.

Drilling of an additional water well is underway in Kegen, the district center. District Akim Tanat Yesenkeldiuly Aidarbekov, Deputy Akims Medet Shayitkhanuly Isayev and Mukhtar Batyrkhanuly, and Kegen Rural District Akim Yernat Iskak inspected the progress of the additional water well drilling in Kegen village. The District Akim issued specific instructions and directives regarding the need for high-quality work and timely completion of the well. Important measures are being taken in the district center, Kegen village, to ensure residents have access to high-quality drinking water. Drilling operations for an additional water well are currently in progress to alleviate the drinking water shortage—a pressing issue for the local population. True to the saying "Water is the source of life," this initiative, undertaken for the public good, is expected to effectively resolve the drinking water challenges faced by the residents of Kegen.

An explanatory session regarding the procedures for providing state services in the field of land relations was held for rural youth at the "Apparatus of the Akim of Kegen Rural District" state institution in Kegen District. The session was organized in accordance with the requirements of the "Rules for the Provision of State Services in the Field of Land Relations," approved by Order No. 301 of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 1, 2020. Specifically, explanations were provided regarding the procedures for obtaining the following state services: "Allocation of a land plot from settlement or village lands" (in accordance with Appendix 9 of the Rules) and "Placement on the waiting list to obtain a land plot" (in accordance with Appendix 15 of the Rules). During the event, comprehensive information was provided to the rural youth regarding the procedure for obtaining land plots for individual housing construction, requirements for joining the waiting list, necessary documentation, and the state service delivery processes. Furthermore, specific answers and clarifications were provided in response to questions from the youth, in accordance with the requirements of current legislation.
