The widespread introduction of electronic trading scales, it would seem, has left in the past manipulations with weights, dial hands and other frauds during weighing. But almost any trip to the supermarket, store and market can destroy this belief.
Supermarkets, shops and markets massively use electronic scales of unknown origin that are not included in the register of the State measurement system of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the Register of the State Statistical Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan) and are not trusted. These measuring instruments are the main tool for sellers to make a body kit of buyers. And the prevailing opinion among buyers that electronic scales guarantee accurate weighing does not always correspond to reality.
As practice shows, there are scales on the shelves of markets and even shops and supermarkets that have not been verified, and there are also those that are not allowed to be used on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Ensuring the Uniformity of Measurements", measuring instruments, after approval of their type or metrological certification and registration in the register of the state system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements, are subject to verification before being put into circulation, after repair, during operation. The positive results of the verification of measuring instruments are certified by an impression of the verification stamp and a certificate of verification.
When buying a product, if there are doubts about the correctness of the scales, any buyer has the right to request a certificate and the presence of a stamp from the seller. In addition, the buyer can check the compliance of the weight of the purchased goods on the control scales.
In any supermarket, store and market, an indispensable attribute is a control scale. Of course, they must be attorneys and entered into the register of the state measurement system of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
One of the functions of the Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the West Kazakhstan region is the implementation of state metrological control over compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on ensuring the uniformity of measurements.

The program of increasing incomes of the population is planned to be divided into republican and regional levels, the press service of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan reports.
The results of the implementation and proposals for updating the program to increase incomes of the population were considered at a meeting chaired by the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov.
Minister of National Economy Alibek Kuantyrov reported that as a result of the implementation of the program, salaries of more than 1.1 million public sector employees have been increased, in particular, 74 thousand doctors by an average of 30%, 600 thousand teachers and teachers – by 25%, 173 thousand representatives of secondary medical personnel – by 20% and other categories of employees of budgetary organizations – by 20%. Additional measures have been taken to ensure employment and reduce the wage gap among workers.
To date, measures have been worked out to update the program until 2029. It is planned to divide it into republican and regional levels, which will maximize the involvement of local executive bodies.
One of the main directions in the coming period will be the creation of jobs in the real sector of the economy within the framework of regional employment maps, increasing the incomes of the rural population within the framework of the Auyl Amanaty project and the provision of various state support measures to small and medium-sized businesses.
It is planned to continue work on raising salaries from the budget and providing proactive social support measures to citizens through new digital services.
The Prime Minister noted the need to ensure the approval of regional plans to increase incomes of the population within two days, as well as to coordinate and submit an updated program in the form of a Comprehensive plan to the government in an accelerated manner.

To book a queue, you only need to enter the IIN in the tone mode, select the PSC, the date and time of the visit. To get help, the robot will offer to enter an IIN confirming the code from the message, and will send a link to the help via SMS from 1414. In addition, the robot can send via SMS a list of necessary documents to receive a particular service.
"I note that the virtual operator is not yet perfect. There may be cases when the robot does not understand you, but the more people use it, the better the level of consultation will be. Also, I would like to emphasize that we are not going to stop there and will increase the list of public services provided by the robot during the year," said Suyenish Abdildin, Chairman of the Management Board of the State Corporation.
The robot advises on the 50 most popular issues. It can prompt answers to questions such as obtaining a passport, identity card, EDS, child birth benefits, pension payments and others.
By the way, the Unified Contact Center 1414 has been advising citizens for more than 11 years. So, since the beginning of the year, more than 1.2 million requests have been received on the line, 35% of them have been served by the robot.
