This year, West Kazakhstan Region is widely celebrating several significant historical anniversaries: the 225th anniversary of the Bukey Horde, the 200th anniversary of Khan Ordasy village, and the 185th anniversary of Zhangir Khan School, the region’s first educational institution. As part of these commemorative events, students from schools in Baiterek District took part in an educational excursion to the historic and culturally significant area that once served as the capital of the Bukey Horde.
During the trip, the students visited the Khan Ordasy Historical and Cultural Museum Complex, where they learned about the formation of the Bukey Horde and the lives of prominent figures who made invaluable contributions to the development of the region. In particular, they gained new insights into the lives of public figure Alma Orazbayeva, statesman and public leader Seitkali Mendeshev, educator and scholar Khangerei Bokeiuly, as well as other notable historical personalities.
As part of the educational tour, the students paid tribute at the mausoleums of Zhangir Khan, ethnographer and educator Salyk Babazhanov, and the renowned kui composer Dauletkerey Shygaiuly. They also learned more about the important role these distinguished individuals played in preserving and enriching the spiritual and cultural heritage of the Kazakh people.
The excursion also included a visit to the picturesque Karagaily Pine Forest. On their way home, the students stopped to see the Yntymaq (Unity) Tower, a landmark presented this year by graduating school students.
To ensure the students’ safety and well-being throughout the trip, they were accompanied by the school’s deputy principal for educational affairs, a nurse, and the bus driver.
According to the results of the elections of rural akims held on July 5, Bakhytgul Batyrbekovna Zhunusova was re-appointed akim of Beles rural district.
In this regard, Deputy akim of the district Yerlan Galiyev met with the activists of the rural district, presented the results of the elections and wished the newly appointed mayor good luck.
For many years, Bakhytgul Batyrbekovna worked in the Office of the akimat of the rural district, and in the next four years, having held the position of Akim of the village with dignity, she regained the trust of residents. The Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2008 No. 523 approved the Rules of the contest on the social responsibility of business "Paryz". Private business entities can participate in the competition. Applicants are allowed who:
1) have been operating for at least three years;
2) are not in the stage of liquidation, are not recognized as bankrupt;
3) have no unresolved violations of labor legislation, including overdue arrears on wages and other payments to employees;
4) do not have collective labor disputes with employees;
5) carry out social and charitable activities on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which should not be aimed at supporting political, trade union and religious organizations;
6) reliable information was indicated in the application for participation in the competition, as well as documents were submitted in full.
The competition is aimed at the formation and enhancement by private business entities of their corporate social responsibility to society in order to further improve the welfare of the population.
For applicants, participation in the competition is free of charge.
To ensure transparency of the selection process of applicants, optimization of the application procedure, the competition is held in two stages: at the regional and republican levels. Applications of applicants for participation are accepted by the local executive body on paper and electronic media.Based on the results of consideration of applications by the regional commission for social partnership and regulation of social and labor relations, they are sent for study by the republican commission, which decides on awarding the titles of the laureates of the competition.
In accordance with the Rules , the awarding of the titles of the laureates of the competition is carried out in the following nominations:
"The best socially responsible enterprise".
This nomination examines the activities of applicants implementing social programs aimed at supporting their own staff, social adaptation of people with disabilities and improving the well-being of society as a whole (organization of remuneration and social benefits, professional training and retraining systems, employment of the largest number of people with disabilities, and so on).;
"The best enterprise in the field of labor protection".
This nomination examines the activities of applicants who create working conditions that allow to preserve the health of employees in the course of their work;
"The best collective agreement".
This nomination considers collective agreements that significantly improve and strengthen the labor and social rights of employees provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
"For contribution to ecology".
This nomination examines the activities of applicants who have significantly distinguished themselves in the implementation of environmental (ecological) programs aimed at improving the state of the environment.
Grand Prix - the highest award of the competition is awarded to the applicant who has achieved the highest results in the work and implementation of the principles of corporate social and environmental responsibility. The winners of the competition are awarded a corresponding diploma, an emblem and a distinctive sign (statuette). The award ceremony of the winners of the competition is held annually in December in a solemn atmosphere.

УВАЖАЕМЫЕ ГРАЖДАНЕ!
В последнее время участились трудовые конфликты на предприятиях области.
Нередко они переходят в стихийные забастовки.
В целях удовлетворения социально-экономических и профессиональных требований работники вправе объявить забастовку.
Однако для этого необходимо пройти этапы примирительных процедур, иначе забастовка будет признана незаконной.
В этой связи, разъясняем, что порядок рассмотрения коллективных трудовых споров регулируется Трудовым кодексом (далее – Кодекс), который принят 23 ноября 2015 года.
Так, работодатель в течение трех рабочих дней обязан рассмотреть выдвинутые работниками требования и принять меры для их разрешения.
При невозможности их разрешения довести свои решения и предложения (в письменном виде) до работников (ч.2 ст.163 Кодекса).
В дальнейшем спор должен разрешаться в примирительной комиссии (в срок до семи рабочих дней).
Это орган, создаваемый совместным решением сторон на паритетных началах.
В процессе разрешения спора примирительная комиссия консультируется с работниками, работодателем и другими лицами.
Решение комиссии принимается на основе соглашения сторон, оформляется протоколом и имеет для сторон обязательную силу.
Члены примирительной комиссии на время участия в переговорах освобождаются от работы с сохранением заработной платы.
При этом отмечаем, что ни одна из сторон не вправе уклоняться от участия в примирительных процедурах.
При недостижении соглашения в примирительной комиссии ее работа прекращается, а для разрешения спора сторонами создается трудовой арбитраж (ч.6 ст.165 Кодекса), с привлечением представителей акимата (государственного инспектора труда).
Количество членов трудового арбитража, его состав и порядок рассмотрения трудового спора определяются соглашением сторон на паритетной основе (при этом трудовой арбитраж должен быть не менее пяти человек).
По рассматриваемым требованиям работников члены примирительной комиссии не могут входить в состав трудового арбитража.
Решение трудового арбитража принимается не позднее семи рабочих дней простым большинством голосов членов арбитража и является обязательным для исполнения.
По вопросам, неурегулированным арбитражем необходимо обращаться в суды.
При этом по заявлению работодателя или прокурора только судом проведение забастовки без соблюдения соответствующей процедуры может быть признано незаконной.
В этом случае за принуждение и призывы к продолжению участия в забастовке, признанной судом незаконной предусмотрена уголовная ответственность с лишением свободы на срок до 3-х лет (статьи 157 и 402 УК).
Призываем граждан неукоснительно соблюдать нормы действующего законодательства, не поддаваться на провокации и воздержаться от участия в незаконных забастовках.
Правоохранительные органы будут пресекать любые правонарушения, посягающие на установленный порядок, общественную безопасность, а также принимать предусмотренные законом меры по их недопущению.

We remind you that during the cleaning of streets and courtyards, as well as hayfields, some people allow the burning of garbage, thereby violating the norms and rules of fire safety and creating a threat to nearby houses and buildings. Therefore, the garbage must be stored and taken out to a specially designated place.
In accordance with Article 336 "Non-compliance with the requirements for the protection of atmospheric air and fire safety during storage or incineration of waste" Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on Administrative Offenses", persons who have committed a violation of fire safety rules will be brought to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine.
