The relevance of certification jobs in the enterprise

According to article 23 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, one of the main duties of the employer is to conduct certification of workplaces. According to the inspection department, to date, certification has been carried out at 137 production facilities in the region.

The importance of certification lies in the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases at work, their prevention.

Certification of production facilities for working conditions is the activity of evaluating production facilities in order to determine the state of safety, harmfulness, severity, intensity of work performed on them, compliance of the working environment with standards in the field of safety and labor protection.

According to the Labor Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, production facilities are subject to mandatory periodic certification of working conditions.

Production facilities are workshops, sites, and other separate production units of organizations engaged in the production and manufacture of products, development, extraction and processing of minerals, construction and other types of production activities.
