Due to the formation of numerous pits, cracks, crumbling asphalt pavement on the street.Tokatayev (the site below Almatinskaya Street) conducted a joint inspection of the street for identified defects with the participation of the director of Silk Road Construction LLP D.Omarov (contractor), and the deputy head of the Department of Housing and Communal Services, passenger transport, highways and housing inspection of the district (hereinafter - the department) B.Iskakov, a representative of the department of OAP A.Esbolganova. During which, the areas where there are defects affecting the safety of the road surface were indicated. In turn, the representative of the contractor explained that due to the difficult financial situation, all comments will be eliminated only until 06/15/2022.. Note: the repair of this street was carried out in 2020, the contractor has a 2-year warranty obligation. The department filed a lawsuit with the regional economic court on the issue of restoring the road surface at the expense of the contractor and the court's decision satisfied the claim in favor of the department. This issue is under the control of the akimat of the district and in the near future repair work will be carried out at the expense of the contractor.
