Public control of the availability of public services

In order to improve the quality of public services, including the creation of a "barrier-free environment" when receiving public services, members of the Interdepartmental Commission of the Akimat of the Enbekshikazakh district conducted public monitoring in state organizations of the Enbekshikazakh district on September 07 of this year.
The monitoring was carried out in the office of the akims of Masak, Bartogai, Malybai and Asу rural districts.

As a result of working trips, 7 violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection of the rights of persons with disabilities and the provision of public services were revealed (the absence of an emergency evacuation scheme for the hard of hearing and deaf, as well as wheelchair users of visually impaired persons, ramps do not meet the established standards).

For all identified violations, service providers have been given appropriate recommendations and a deadline for their execution.
