3.Fill out the application form and sign it using an EDS (electronic digital signature) or an SMS password(mandatory registration in the MAB).
4.in your personal account (in the Section"history of receiving services"), read the notification about the processing of your application.

When filling out the application, you must specify who you are (the parent or legal representative of the child). Next, you will need to fill in data indicating the type of queue, serial number, referral number to a preschool organization, your region, district/city, type and name of the preschool institution, group of training and language of instruction.

Be sure to attach scanned copies of the child's health passport and a certificate of the child's health status to the application.
