The integrity of the image of a civil servant is based on the manifestation of high professional and personal competencies, moral qualities and ethical behavior. The ability, the ability to make a demand, to ask-this is also one of the specific norms of the professional moral code of a civil servant. Exactingness must be combined, combined with the manifestation of trust and respect, moreover, act as one of the forms of respect for a person. Closely related to the ability to be attentive is such a norm as correctness in handling. In fact, it is an expression of such internal personal qualities as self-control, self-control, balance. In a variety of situations, correctness helps to achieve better mutual understanding, better contact with people. The most reliable criterion of the moral qualities of an employee is his authority. Its origins are deep knowledge of the business, hard work, high moral virtues: honesty and truthfulness, modesty and simplicity, high demands on oneself and others, a developed sense of duty and responsibility. The authority of a civil servant is the result of the recognition of the special value, the importance of certain qualities of his personality. A civil servant must learn to understand people well, and first of all, in his immediate environment. Sycophancy, flattery, excessive praise often turn the head of immature managers, prevent them from correctly and critically assessing the situation and the results of their activities. Being a civil servant means always keeping yourself straight with people, being able to get along with them, not losing your temper under any circumstances, and managing your feelings. A positive image of a civil servant is formed not only from the ability to communicate with people, but also from the appearance, speech, and behavior in general.
