State service " Placing children of preschool age (up to 6 years old) on the waiting list) for referral to preschool organizations " is provided by local executive bodies of regions, cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Shymkent, districts( cities of regional significance), akims of districts in the city, cities of district significance, settlements, villages, rural districts.

Acceptance of the application and issuance of the result of the provision of public services are carried out through:

1) the office of the service provider;

2) non-profit joint-stock company "State Corporation" Government for Citizens";

3) e-government web portal www.egov.kz.

The term of rendering a public service: from the moment of contacting the service provider, the State Corporation, or the portal – 30 minutes.

Form of public service provision: electronic and (or) paper

The result of the provision of a public service: A notification of queuing (in any form) or a reasoned response about the refusal to provide a public service on the grounds established by paragraph 9 of this Standard of Public Services.

The state service is provided to individuals free of charge.

List of documents required for the provision of public services:

When contacting a service provider or a State corporation:
1) application form in accordance with Annex 1 to the Rules;

2) the child's birth certificate (for identification purposes);

3) a document certifying the identity of the service recipient (one of the parents or legal representative (for identification);

4) a certificate issued from the place of work of a serviceman or an employee of special state bodies, certified by the signature of the authorized person and the seal (if available) (valid for one month from the date of issue);
5) a certificate from the teacher's place of work, certified by the signature of the head of the educational organization and the seal (valid for one month from the date of issue), a scanned copy of the diploma;

6) conclusion of a psychological, medical and pedagogical consultation for children with special educational needs (if available);

7) conclusion of the phthisiologist;

8) documents confirming the possibility of receiving a referral to a preschool organization as a priority
