Procedure for the execution of certain types of administrative penalties

The State Revenue Department for the Enbekshikazakh district informs taxpayers of the following:

A person who has acknowledged the fact of committing an offense and agrees to pay a fine on the basis of the received notification and (or) notification of appearance in the state revenue body, sent (handed over) by the state revenue body in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, pays a fine within ten days from the day following the day of receipt (delivery) of the notification or notification in the amount of fifty percent of the amount of the fine specified in the sanction of the article of the Special Part of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The provision of part one of this article regarding the reduction of the amount of an administrative fine does not apply to administrative offenses provided for in Articles 91 (parts six, seven, and eight), 92 (parts two, three, and four), 92-1, 266, 275 (parts one, two, and five), 278 (parts two and three), 279 (part one), 280, 282 (part five), 537, 551 of this Code.
