Public discussion of the report of the activity of the State Institution "Office of the Akim of Turgen Rural District" on the provision of public services for 2020

26 January 2021 in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services" hosted a public discussion of the report of activities of GU "Apparatus of akim of Turgen rural district" on the provision of public services for 2020 with the participation of the rural district in the online mode in the program zoom.

Conducting public discussions of reports on activities in the field of public services is aimed at informing the public about the measures taken and planned by local executive bodies that regulate the provision of public services. Public discussions are also designed to ensure the implementation of the principles of accountability and transparency of service providers, the quality and accessibility of public services, continuous improvement of the delivery of public services, efficiency and effectiveness of their delivery.

During the public discussion of the activity report on the provision of public services, the issues of the number of public services provided, the most popular public services, work with service recipients, and satisfaction of service recipients with the quality of public services were raised.

Following the results of the public discussion of the activity report, the following decisions were made: to take note of the activity report on the provision of public services, to assess the work done as satisfactory.
