How do I change the purpose of a land plot?

The state service is provided by the Akim's Office Enbekshikazakh district for individuals and legal entities free of charge.

To change the purpose of the land plot (outside the locality), you must submit an application through the e-government web portal www.egov.kz (Portal).

List of required documents:

- electronic application;

- an electronic copy of the act of cadastral (estimated) cost of land, change its purpose, if necessary, payments to the budget the amount equal to the cadastral (estimated) cost of land, payments to the budget the amount equal to the difference between the cadastral (estimated) value according to paragraph 5 of article 9 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 20 June 2003 (hereinafter – Land code).

The term of rendering the state service from the date of submission through the portal is 13 working days.

The result of the provision of public services is a resolution of the akim of the district on changing the purpose of the land plot or a reasoned refusal.

Work schedule:

Portal-around the clock, except for technical breaks in connection with repair work (when the service recipient applies after the end of working hours, on weekends and holidays in accordance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Article 5 of the Law on Holidays, the application is accepted and the result of the provision of public services is issued on the next working day.

Office of the district akim – from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.30 hours with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours, except for weekends and holidays, according to the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 13, 2001 "On Holidays in the Republic of Kazakhstan»
