"Placing on the waiting list for obtaining a land plot" procedure for obtaining public services

Public service in the Regions, Cities Of Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent, districts. local executive bodies of cities of regional significance, cities of district significance, akim of the village, Village, Rural District.
Acceptance of the application and issuance of the result of the provision of public services is carried out through the service provider's office.
1. procedure for rendering public services
1) from the date of submission of the package of documents to the service provider – 12 (twelve) business days;
2) the maximum allowable waiting time for delivery of a package of documents is 15 (fifteen) minutes;
3) the maximum allowable service time is 15 (fifteen) minutes.
4) form of rendering public services: paper.
2.The State Service is provided free of charge to individuals and legal entities.
Work schedule of the service provider – from Monday to Friday, with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14:30, in accordance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Article 5 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 13, 2001 "on holidays in the Republic of Kazakhstan", except weekends and holidays, from 9.00 to 18:30.
The state service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, without prior appointment or expedited service at the location of the land plot.
3.the service recipient (or his representative by proxy), including persons who have benefits, provides the service provider with the following in one copy:
1) application for placing on the waiting list for obtaining a land plot in accordance with the annex to this standard;
2) an identity document (for identification purposes).
