Department of Energy and Housing and Utilities of East Kazakhstan region
The mission of the Office is the development of the energy complex and the housing and communal services of the region, the effective implementation of state policy in the areas of energy, utilities and public amenities, improving the quality of public services provided to the population of the region as part of the implementation of state policy.
The objectives of the Office:
1) implementation of state policy in the field of water supply and sanitation;
2) the implementation of measures to subsidize the cost of drinking water supply services from especially important group and local water supply systems, which are non-alternative sources of drinking water supply, according to the list approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) development and submission for approval to the regional akimat of the rules for calculating the norms of formation and accumulation of municipal waste;
