Republican Public Institution “Science and Higher Education Quality Assurance Committee” of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan» is an agency that performs, within its competence, implementation and control functions in the field of science, higher and postgraduate education, and participates in the strategic functions of the Ministry within the competence of the department.

Objectives:

participation in the formation and implementation of a unified state policy in the field of science, higher and postgraduate education, within the competence of the department the implementation of state regulation in the field of education in order to ensure high quality of educational services provided by organizations of higher and (or) postgraduate education through external quality assessment of the education system, state control, as well as quality control of training of scientific personnel.
