Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Federal Republic of Germany were established on 11 February 1992. The Embassy of Kazakhstan in Germany first opened its doors in Bonn in September 1993 , and later in 1999 was relocated to Berlin. Since 13th of June 2022 the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Germany is Dr. Nurlan Onzhanov.
The site is meant to keep the wider public informed about the activity of the diplomatic mission in Berlin, and to provide informational support for citizens of Kazakhstan residing in Germany and foreigners who plan to visit Kazakhstan for tourism or business.
