Сonstitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall ensure the supremacy of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan throughout the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In exercising its powers, the Constitutional Court shall be autonomous and independent of citizens, organizations, State bodies, officials, shall be guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Constitutional Law «On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan» , abstaining from establishing, examining and verifying in all cases when those are under the jurisdiction of the Courts or any other state bodies.
