The state institution "Management of entrepreneurship and industry of the Akmola region" is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which provides guidance in the areas of industry, industrial and innovative development, small and medium-sized businesses, trade, subsurface use of common minerals, in accordance with the assigned functions on the territory of the Akmola region.

The Management carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as these Regulations.
