In Kazakhstan, the digital portal Orken Housing Portal allows citizens to independently register as persons in need of housing.
Applicants can now submit applications and track their position on the waiting list online. Previously, this process was administered by local executive authorities (akimats), but the data management function has now been transferred to Otbasy Bank.

To apply through the portal:
