One-time monetary benefit: to whom and how much?

In Kazakhstan, one-time cash payments will be in effect in 2026: for a childbirth, burial (35-36.6 MCI), and housing and health treatment payments from the Unified Pension Fund. The amounts depend on the MCI, which in 2026 is 4,325 tenge. 

Main lump sum payments

  • One-time public benefit for a childbirth:
  • 1st, 2nd, 3rd child: 164,350 tenge (38 MCI).
  • 4th and more children: 272,475 tenge (63 MCI).
  • For burial:
  • Standard payment: 35 MCI (151375 tenge).
  • For WWII participants/disabled persons: 6 MCI (158295 tenge).
  • From the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund (for the deceased): 94 MCI (406,550 tenge).

Lump-sum pension payments (LSPP) from the UAPF: For treatment or improvement of housing conditions for employees who have sufficient savings or who have reached the retirement age (63 years for men, 61 years for women).
