Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who have expressed a desire to enter the civil service are required to undergo testing in accordance with procedure established by law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The testing procedure is convened by the Civil Service Affairs Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan as part of the public service provision “Testing of civil servants, applicants for a vacant administrative government position and citizens entering law enforcement service and service in civil defense agencies”.
Announcements of vacant positions for which a general competition is held are posted in the integrated information system "eqyzmet.gov.kz", for internal competitions - on informational resources of the Civil Service Affairs Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan and public body that announced the competition.
The publication of advertisements in periodicals is also permitted.

(10 сұрақ).
Following the legislation proficiency testing, a personal skills assessment aimed at identifying the candidate's professional, ethical, and managerial competencies is conducted.
Those citizens who had successfully passed the test were admitted to the next competitive selection stages, including an interview with the selection committee of the concerned government agency.
