The tool "Information and consulting services for entrepreneurs and the population with an entrepreneurial initiative" available to women entrepreneurs and women individuals includes a range of information and consulting services provided to SMEs operating in all sectors of the economy and to the population with an entrepreneurial initiative free of charge.

Information and consulting services for entrepreneurs and the population with an entrepreneurial initiative include:

      to inform and advise on government support measures:

• advising SMEs and the public with an entrepreneurial initiative on financial and non-financial measures of state support;
• consulting on the issues of starting a business (selection of a general classifier of economic activity and the optimal taxation system);
• consulting on the preparation of contract samples and primary accounting documents;
• a service for collecting the necessary documents before and after financing from second-tier banks, financial organizations and development institutions;
• consulting on business planning issues;

      on legal issues and obtaining permits:

• consulting on issues of state registration, re-registration, liquidation of SMEs;
• consulting on obtaining licenses and permits;
• a service for collecting documents and filing an application for participation in purchases/tenders/tenders and obtaining a land plot;
• service in obtaining documents and technical specifications when connected to utility networks (gas supply, water supply, sewerage, electricity).

Women entrepreneurs can use the services of the tool "Providing service support for doing business", which provides two types of specialized services for small and medium–sized businesses:

1) services related to accounting and tax accounting, as well as the preparation of statistical reports, including:

• consultations on accounting legislation;
• consultations on tax legislation;
• consultations on the processing of primary documents, the calculation of taxes and other deductions to the budget;
• consulting on accounting;
• consultations on working with the 1C-Accounting program;
• consultations on the preparation and submission of tax reports;
• consultations on the preparation and submission of statistical reports;
• consultations on the preparation of additional financial activity reports for third-party organizations;
• preparation of tax reports;
• Preparation of statistical reports.

2) Business plan development services include:

• consultations on collecting information for the development of a business plan;
• consultations on the development of a business plan;
• development of a business plan;
• consultations on the analysis of the plan for the promotion of goods and (or) works and (or) services;
• development of an analysis plan for the promotion of goods and (or) works and (or) services.

 

The provision of service support for SMEs is carried out locally through regional chambers of entrepreneurs in regional centers, cities of republican significance and the capital in accordance with the need and through the web portal of the non-financial support operator (G4B.kz).
