To bury the deceased, you need to go to the cemetery. Acceptance of burial orders is made by the administration of cemetery after presentation of a death certificate, or a certificate of medical examination of death. The choice of the place of burial of the deceased is determined by the agreement and desire of the relatives of the deceased.
To place an order for the burial of the deceased in the cemetery, it is necessary:
The cemetery administration must be notified of the time of burial no later than one day in advance.
The head of the cemetery issues a registration card, which records data on the deceased and persons who organize the burial, as well as the size of the allocated area and the address of the cemetery.
Relatives of the deceased provide a registration card to a funeral services company.
In the funeral service department, the deceased's relatives (or loved ones) fill in a standard application form to the director of the ritual service company for the allocation of a burial place for the deceased in a certain cemetery, indicating the name and address of the deceased's residence.
The application must include the deceased's details as well as the name of the company providing the ritual services and the cost of their work.
After payment of the cost of burial services to relatives of the deceased, a fiscal check is provided.
All data on the deceased (copy of the identity card, copy of the death certificate, or medical examination of the deceased's death), as well as the data of relatives (or loved ones) of the deceased are recorded in the logbook, where those responsible for the preparation of the grave are indicated.
Permission for burial in a related grave is issued by the administration of the cemetery if the person who organizes the burial of documents:
A burial permit is issued to the close relatives of the deceased.
The administration of the cemetery shall allocate a land for burial from the lands of common use occupied and intended for cemeteries. A land plot of at least six square meters shall be allocated for burial free of charge for each deceased resident of a settlement or a person without a fixed place of residence who died in the settlement.
Plot of land for burial in the cemetery is allotted within 60 minutes by a foreman of diggers, based on the orders.
After submitting an application to the head of the cemetery, with the attached fiscal check for the provision of burial services, the planning and digging of the grave begins.
On the appointed burial day, the deceased is buried in compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements. Each burial is registered by the cemetery administration in the book of burials.
If you are entitled to inherit a deceased person's pension, you should contact the UAPF branch.
The recipient of pension payments in accordance with the Rules shall submit the following list of documents to the UAPF:
The state registration of death is carried out in any registration authority on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The result of the public service will be received electronically.

The application may be submitted to the UAPF by a family member of the deceased person in electronic form via the UAPF Internet resource in accordance with the procedure provided for in the internal document of the UAPF, provided that information on documents provided for in subparagraphs 2) - 4) of this paragraph of the Rules is available in the information systems of state bodies.
