Accreditation of specialized organizations conducting resource surveys
You can obtain a service via the Portal:

Click “Order Online” button, then a new window will open of e-Licensing Portal;

Click “Order Service Online” button on e-Licensing Portal page;

Fill in the fields of request;

Sign a request with digital signature;

You can track status of request in “My applications” section of Personal Account, status on obtainment of license in “My licensing documents” section and status on obtainment of notification in “My notifications” section.
Certificate of Accreditation of a Specialized Organization Conducting a Resource Assessment, or a Reasoned Refusal to Issue Such Certificate.
1) the submission of false documents by the service recipient for the purpose of obtaining the state service and/or the provision of false data (information) contained therein;
2) the non-compliance of the service recipient and/or the submitted materials, objects, data, and information required for the provision of the state service with the requirements established by the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) the existence of a legally effective court decision (judgment) prohibiting the service recipient from carrying out activities or certain types of activities that require the receipt of the relevant state service;
4) the existence of a legally effective court decision under which the service recipient has been deprived of a special right related to obtaining the state service;
5) the absence of the service recipient's consent, provided in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection," to access restricted-access personal data required for the provision of the state service.
