A contract for the sale and purchase of a land plot and / or temporary (short-term, long-term) paid (gratuitous) land use or a reasoned refusal.
Technical conditions for connection to engineering networks (if necessary).
A cadastral passport of a real estate object or a reasoned refusal to provide a public service.
Notification of the state registration of the right to a land plot or a reasoned refusal to provide a public service.
Paid, payment for state registration is charged in accordance with the established tariffs
Up to 38 working days from the date of receipt of the offer
The first stage: determination of the possibility (impossibility) of using the requested land plot for the proposed intended purpose, the formation and approval of the scheme for allotment of the land plot, the preparation of an architectural and planning task, technical conditions for connection to engineering networks - within 15 working days.
Second stage: organization and holding of tenders, conclusion of a contract of sale and / or temporary (short-term, long-term) paid (gratuitous) land use, production and issuance of an identification document for a land plot, as well as state registration of rights to a land plot - within 23 business days
This period does not include the following periods:
- preparation of the land plot for bidding
- on payment of the amount of redemption under the contract for the sale of a land plot or the right to lease a land plot between the seller and the buyer
- to establish the boundaries of the land plot on the ground
