Correction of vaccination information

You can obtain the service via the portal:

Using the EDS:

1. Log in and click on the «Order the service online» button.

2. Fill out an application and sign it with an EDS (electronic digital signature) or SMS-password (being registered in the mobile citizens database is required).

3. In your personal account (in the «Service receipt History» section), read notification about the processing of your application, which will be received within the specified time.
