Declaration submission

You can obtain a service via the Portal:

Using EDS:

1. Log in and click on the Order Online Service button.

2. Check and fill in the declaration of assets and liabilities of an individual (form 250.00).

3. Sign the application using electronic digital signature (EDS).

4. In the Personal Account (in the “History of Services” section), familiarize yourself with the notification of the processing of your application, which will be received within the specified time.
