An application from at least two owners of apartments, non-residential premises of an apartment building in the form of an electronic document, sign with your EDS or one-time password, in the case of registration and connection of the subscriber number of the service recipient provided by the mobile operator to the portal account.

Scanned copy of the title document for the land plot (decision of local Executive bodies) with a scanned copy of the identification document for the land plot attached.

Scanned copy of the document confirming payment for registration of the condominium object, with the exception of payments made through the e-government payment gateway.
How to get online service

An application from at least two owners of apartments, non-residential premises of an apartment building in the form of an electronic document, sign with your EDS or one-time password, in the case of registration and connection of the subscriber number of the service recipient provided by the mobile operator to the portal account.

Documents required for submission to "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation":

Written application from at least two owners of apartments, non-residential premises of an apartment building.

The identity document of the applicant (natural person), and an authorized representative of the applicant (the original is available for identification of service recipient), as well as the original document or a notarized copy of the document confirming powers of the representative of the applicant.

The title deed and identification documents for the land plot, if before the registration of the condominium object the right to the land plot was not registered.

Document confirming payment for state registration of the condominium object.
Information contained in state information systems about the identification characteristics of the land plot, the employee receiving and issuing documents receives from the relevant state information systems.
For state registration of a hydro-reclamation condominium object, service recipients or their authorized representatives submit the following documents to the service provider:

Application for State registration of the condominium object.

Passport of the hydro-reclamation system of the water management structure.

The scheme of the irrigation and drainage system with the list of elements of the irrigation and drainage system and other property included in the common share ownership (channels, structures for water supply regulation, collector-drainage networks, vertical drainage wells, electrical networks, electrical equipment, pumps, lands under the bends of these structures).

List of participants in the hydro-reclamation condominium with the attachment of copies of title documents and identification documents to all land plots included in the hydro-reclamation condominium and located in separate (individual) property (other law).

Document certifying the identity of the service recipient (individual) or its authorized representative (required for identification), as well as an original document or a notarized copy of the document confirming the authority of the service recipient's representative.
When accepting documents, the original identity document is returned to the applicant after appropriate verification.
6. Document confirming payment for state registration of the condominium object.
Documents required for submission to "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation":

6. Document confirming payment for state registration of the condominium object.
To the service provider on paper/scanned media - notification of the state registration of the condominium object with an Appendix on the calculation of shares or suspension of registration, or a written reasoned response to the refusal to provide public services.
On the service recipient portal, notification about the result of the service is sent to the personal account, signed by the service provider's EDS. If the result is positive, the share calculation is attached to the notification.

If the subjects and objects of legal relations, the type of title or encumbrance of real estate property title and other objects of registration or the grounds for their occurrence, change or termination do not comply with the requirements of the law.

If the applicant is included in the list of organizations and persons associated with financing of terrorism and extremism, in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On the basis of relevant information from the bodies of architecture and urban planning, state architectural and construction control of local executive bodies on non-compliance of construction objects with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on architectural, urban planning and construction activities.

When the applicant submits an incomplete package of documents required for state registration in accordance with paragraph 8 of the Public Service Standard, if the necessary documents were not submitted during the suspension of state registration.

When submitting for registration documents that do not comply with the requirements of the legislation in the form and content.
-
If there are encumbrances that exclude the state registration of the title or another object of state registration, except for the cases provided forparagraph 1-1 Article 31 of the Law "On State Registration of Rights to Real Estate".

On the basis of a judicial act that has entered into force.
-
If the circumstances that served as the grounds for suspension have not been eliminated during the period for suspension of registration.

If the previously arisen title does not comply with legislation in force at the time of its occurrence, if the object of registration is the transfer, change, termination or establishment of an encumbrance in relation to such title.

When applying for registration of titles and encumbrances of titles to the real estate property owned by the state Islamic special financial company, with the exception of registration of the real estate property title of the authorized body for state property and tenancy of the authorized body of the relevant industry.

General requirements for the appeal
The appeal submitted in hard copy or electronic form shall indicate:
- Full name, IIN, postal address of a natural person, BIN of a legal entity;
- name of administrative body, official to whom the appeal is submitted;
- the essence of an appeal;
- date of filing an appeal;
- signature of the applicant or his representative;
- other information provided for by legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
If the administrative procedure is on a paid basis, the applicant must submit a document confirming the payment.

Within 3 working days (the day of receipt of documents is not included in the period of provision of public services).
On the portal - within 1 working day from the moment of receipt of confirmation of payment of the state registration fee to the information system of the registering authority.
