1.Log in to the portal or register
2. Click on "Request online" button
3. Fill in information about professional experience, education, personal skills, language skills, working hours, position and remuneration.
4. Grant consent to publication of personal data on the enbek.kz portal.
5. Sign a request with digital signature
6. In personal account ("History of obtained services") familiarize with notification on your request processing status, which will be sent within the stated period.
Using one-time password:Using one-time password:
1.Log in to the portal or register
2. Click on "Request online" button
3. Fill in information about professional experience, education, personal skills, language skills, working hours, position and remuneration.
4. Grant consent to publication of personal data on the enbek.kz portal.
5. Sign it using one-time password (SMS will be sent to a phone number indicated in a personal account, registration in citizens` mobile database is required)
6. In personal account ("History of obtained services") familiarize with notification on application processing, which will be sent within the indicated period.
Documents required for submission to service provider:
ID card of the service recipient, or an electronic document from the digital document service (for personal identification).
Proof of employment (if any).
The document on education, qualification, availability of special knowledge or vocational training (if available).
After person identification and data entry into AIS "Labor Market", documents are returned to the service recipient. To register as a job seeker through the Portal or state information portal "Electronic Labor Exchange", the service recipient fills out the information form for registration as a job seeker in the form of an electronic document certified by the service recipient's electronic digital signature.
On the Portal, a notification of the application receipt indicating the date of public service output receipt is sent to the “personal account” of the service recipient.
Notification on registration of unemployed person or substantiated refusal in the service delivery.
Establishing the unreliability of the documents submitted by the service recipient to receivethe public service, and (or) data (information) contained therein.
