State tax for registration of termination of the encumbrance which have not been connected with transition of right to the third party, including for registration of termination of mortgage of real estate
Fees are one-time payments to the budget which are charged by tax agencies and other authorized government agencies upon execution of:
1) registration activities;
2) activities for issuance of permit documents and their duplicates.
You can obtain a service via the Portal:
1. Click on the button "Pay Online".
2. Select a branch of Government for Citizens SC NCJSC.
3. To choose one of the offered payment methods (see below).
4. To enter the data of payment card: number, owner’s full name, expiration date, CV-code (if chosen the first method).
5. In personal account (in the field «Service payment history» to familiarize with the receipt and provide it at the place of requirement.
Online payment methods

1. Payment by VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro cards of all banks, American Express only for the clients of «Kazkommertsbank» JSC, Altyn only for the clients of «National bank of Kazakhstan» JSC.
2. Payment in one click. Fast payment without re-entry of VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro card data.
3. Payment by account application form in limited service branch and Internet- banking "Eurasian Bank" JSC, "Kazpochta" JSC and in the system of e-money «PayPoint».
Note: In purpose of security of Internet-transactions some banks (Halyk bank, АТF bank, BTA and ect.) set limits or additional codes on payment cards. If you have any problems with realizing of online-payment, ask a manager of your bank. During 1 day you can make no more than 3 transactions.
*In accordance with p.1 of article 31 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 99-IV "On taxes and other obligatory payments into the budget" (Tax Code) dated December 10, 2008 execution of tax liability is made individually by taxpayer, thus while tax and other payments into the budget it is necessary to ascertain that given card is formed on the name of taxpayer.
