Distribution of number pool, allocation of numbers, and also their withdrawal
You can obtain a service via the Portal:
1. To follow on this page the link of necessary subspecies of service then in a new window the portal of "electronic licensing" will open:
- Subscriber numbers for telephone services and services using the telephone numbering;
- Not a geographically defined area numbering of cellular networks, mobile telecommunications networks (including networks of mobile radio / radio and trunking), satellite mobile communications networks;
- Not a geographically defined area numbering of cellular networks, hay geographically defined area numbering of fixed telephone services subject to provision of service provider to its customers additional services that require combining distributed in different administrative areas parts of the network;
- Not a geographically defined area numbering departmental networks;
- Not a geographically defined area of corporate networks numbering;
- Not a geographically defined area of numbering fixed telephony networks, providing users a «nomadic» (nomadicity) numbers;
- Small departmental, corporate or other geographically distributed networks;

2. Enter the system or register on the portal «electronic licensing».
3. At the page of “electronic licensing” portal which is opened after clicking “Order online service” choose necessary subtype of activity and click “Next”.
4. Entering necessary data to fill the application and sign it with your EDS.
5. To track the status of submitted application is possible in Personal account in the field “My applications”. You can know about getting a permission in the field “My approved documents”, about getting a notification- in the field “My notifications”.

Order on allocation or withdrawal of number pool or substantiated refusal to deliver a public service.
1. Establishing the unreliability of the documents submitted by the service recipient for the receipt of the public service, and (or) data (information) contained therein.
2. The non-compliance of the service recipient and (or) submitted materials, objects, data and information necessary for the provision of public services with the requirements established by the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Negative conclusion of the examination, research or verification.
4. In relation to the service recipient, there is a court decision (verdict) that has entered into legal force on the prohibition of activities or certain types of activities requiring the receipt of a certain public service.
5. With regard to the service recipient, there is a court decision that has entered into legal force, on the basis of which the service recipient is deprived of a special right related to the receipt of a public service.

General requirements for the appeal
The appeal submitted in hard copy or electronic form shall indicate:
- Full name, IIN, postal address of a natural person, BIN of a legal entity;
- name of administrative body, official to whom the appeal is submitted;
- the essence of an appeal;
- date of filing an appeal;
- signature of the applicant or his representative;
- other information provided for by legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
If the administrative procedure is on a paid basis, the applicant must submit a document confirming the payment.
