4. Sign a request with digital signature
5. In personal account ("History of obtained services") familiarize with notification on your request processing status, which will be sent within the stated period.

1) The registration of the entrepreneur engaged in private practice;
2) the change of the registration data of the entrepreneur engaged in private practice;
3) the de-registration of the entrepreneur engaged in private practice and placement of the de-registration of the entrepreneur engaged in private practice on the service provider’s internet resource www.kgd.gov.kz in the case of the de-registration of the entrepreneur engaged in private practice.
An entrepreneur engaged in private practice shall be recognized as de-registered on the date of:
- a conclusion drawn in the absence of any infringements as per the results of desk audit and tax arrears, social payments arrears;
- the execution of the notice on the rectification of infringement as per the results of desk audit in the presence of such infringements and absence of tax arrears, social payments arrears;
- the redemption of tax arrears, social payments arrears in the presence of tax arrears and upon rectification of the infringements as per the results of the desk audit in the full scope.
4) a motivated response to the refusal to provide the public service.
1) the set of the inconsistency of the documents submitted by the service recipient for receiving the public service, and (or) data (information) contained therein;
2) the non-compliance of the service recipient and (or) submitted materials, objects, data and information for the public service provision with the current requirements;

General requirements for the appeal
The appeal submitted in hard copy or electronic form shall indicate:
- Full name, IIN, postal address of a natural person, BIN of a legal entity;
- name of administrative body, official to whom the appeal is submitted;
- the essence of an appeal;
- date of filing an appeal;
- signature of the applicant or his representative;
- other information provided for by legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
If the administrative procedure is on a paid basis, the applicant must submit a document confirming the payment.

A service recipient a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be registered as an entrepreneur engaged in private practice within 1 working day from the date of tax application submission via the portal.
The change of information of the location of the entrepreneur engaged in private practice shall be done within 1 working day from the date of tax application submission via the portal.
Information of the de-registration of the entrepreneur engaged in private practice shall be published on www.kgd.gov.kz within one 1 working day from the service recipient de-registration date.
