State fee for obtaining and exchange of the driving lisence
National duty is a payment to the budget collected for execution of legally significant actions, including those related to the issuance of documents (duplicates) by an authorized government agencies or public officials.
Process of driving licence obtainment
- traffic education and vehicle driving training;
- examination;
- gathering of documents;
- submission of documents and obtainment of a driving license.

Note: in purpose of security of Internet-transactions some banks (Halyk bank, АТF bank, BTA and ect.) set limits or additional codes on payment cards. If you have any problems with realizing of online-payment, ask a manager of your bank. During 1 day you can make no more than 3 transactions.
*In accordance with p.1 of article 36 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 120-VI "On taxes and other obligatory payments into the budget" (Tax Code) dated December 25, 2017 execution of tax liability is made individually by taxpayer, thus while tax and other payments into the budget it is necessary to ascertain that given card is formed on the name of taxpayer.
E-receipt on a payment of state fee for getting and change of driver license
Driving licence can be issued to the following citizens of different ages:
"AI" subcategory of vehicles can be provided to 16-year old individuals;
"A", "B" categories of vehicles and "B1", "C1" subcategories can be provided to 18-year old individuals;
"C" category of vehicles and "D1" subcategory can be provided to 21-year old individuals whose length of service as drivers is no less than 3 years, including experience in driving "C1" category vehicles for no less than 1 year;
"D", "Tm" and "Tb" categories of vehicles can be provided to 25-year old individuals whose length of service as drivers is no less than 5 years, including experience in driving "D1" category vehicles for no less than 3 years;
"BE", "CE", "DE" categories of vehicle combinations can be provided to individuals who have been driving "B", "C" and "D" categories of vehicles for no less than 12 months;
"C1E", "D1E" categories of vehicle combinations can be provided to individuals who have been driving "C", "D" categories or "C1", "D1" subcategories for no less than 12 months;
Also, national driving licences can be issued to foreign citizens or stateless individuals based on a request by an organization coordinating work with diplomatic missions under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Credit of funds
Money transition on the Treasury account is carried out by the bank within 2 working days.
Order of repayment of mistaken credit of funds is determined in accordance with RK Tax Code – art.102-108.
