When getting a resettlement allowance:
- Application according to Appendix 2.
- An ID document or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identification).
- An education certificate or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identification).
- A copy of document confirming a service recipient`s professional experience.
When getting a publicly funded loan for acquisition of housing:
- Application according to Appendix 2.
- An ID document or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identification).
- An education certificate or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identification).
- A copy of document confirming a service recipient`s professional experience.
- A marriage (matrimony) certificate or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service for married service recipients (for identification).
- Report from the Credit Bureau.
When getting a publicly funded loan for construction of housing:

The following information is obtained by a service provider form the Portal: information about ID documents or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service; marriage certificate; information about registration at the place of residence; certificate confirming that a service recipient and his (her) spouse and children have/have not immovable property; information confirming the right to use a land provided for construction of housing to the name of a service recipient; information about employment; information on availability of a diploma of post-secondary/technical/ professional and/or higher education.
Notification of the service recipient on the Portal about the need to conclude an Agreement on the provision of social support measures to specialists in the field of health, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex, civil servants of the akims of villages, settlements, rural districts who arrived to work and live in rural settlements on the Portal, on registration and priority or motivated refusal to provide social support measures.
Refusal to provide the public service is carried out in the following cases:
- Establishing the unreliability of the documents submitted by the service recipient for the public service receipt and (or) the data (information) contained therein.
- If in relation to the service recipient there is a court decision (verdict) that has entered into legal force on the prohibition of activities or certain types of activities that require the receipt of a certain public service.
- If in respect of the service recipient there is a court decision that has entered into force, on the basis of which the service recipient is deprived of a special right related to the receipt of a public service.
- Non-compliance of the service recipient with the requirements of paragraph 8 of Article 18 of the Law.
- Absence of the consent of the service recipient provided in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection", for access to personal data of limited access, which are required for the provision of public services.
- appeal;
- initiative of an administrative body or official.
General requirements for the appeal
The appeal submitted in hard copy or electronic form shall indicate:
- Full name, IIN, postal address of a natural person, BIN of a legal entity;
- name of administrative body, official to whom the appeal is submitted;
- the essence of an appeal;
- date of filing an appeal;
- signature of the applicant or his representative;
- other information provided for by legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
If the administrative procedure is on a paid basis, the applicant must submit a document confirming the payment.
