How to get the service online:

Using EDS:

1. Log in to the portal or register
2. Click on "Request online" button
3. Fill all sections of e-request
4. Sign a request with digital signature 
5. In personal account ("History of obtained services") familiarize with notification on your request processing status, which will be sent within the stated period.

Using one-time password:Using one-time password:

1. Log in to the portal or register
2. Click on "Request online" button
3. Fill all sections of e-request
4. Fill in a request and sign it using one-time password (SMS will be sent to a phone number indicated in a personal account, registration in citizens` mobile database is required)   
5. In personal account ("History of obtained services") familiarize with notification on application processing, which will be sent within the indicated period.

How to obtain a composite service online

1. Log in and click «Order online service» button.
2. Fill in an e-request signed by service recipient`s digital signature or certified with one-time password, in case of registration and connection of the subscriber number of the service recipient provided by the mobile operator to the portal account, including the issuance of a certificate to travel abroad, with selection of the address of the branch of the Public Corporation to obtain the service result in paper. If apostille is required, select a country (a  country to which you will present the service delivery result based on "one application" principle) and pay the state fee.

How to obtain a composite service online

Fill in an e-request signed by service recipient`s digital signature or certified with one-time password, in case of registration and connection of the subscriber number of the service recipient provided by the mobile operator to the portal account, including the issuance of a certificate to travel abroad, with selection of the address of the branch of the Public Corporation to obtain the service result in paper. Documents required for submission to "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation":

1. Application.
2. An identity document or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identity identification).
3. Documents confirming the degree of kinship, upon receipt of certificate of no criminal record on relatives (in the absence of information in the information systems) or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service.
4. A notarized power of attorney when a service recipient`s interests are represented by another person.

To get a certificate of no criminal record based on previous personal data of a service recipient (surname, name, patronymic (if any), date of birth (day, month, year), in the absence of relevant information in information systems, a service recipient provides a document confirming change of such information.

Government for citizens

Documents required for submission to "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation":

1. Application.
2. An identity document or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identity identification).
3. Documents confirming the degree of kinship, upon receipt of certificate of no criminal record on relatives (in the absence of information in the information systems) or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service.
4. A notarized power of attorney when a service recipient`s interests are represented by another person.

To get a certificate of no criminal record based on previous personal data of a service recipient (surname, name, patronymic (if any), date of birth (day, month, year), in the absence of relevant information in information systems, a service recipient provides a document confirming change of such information.

Grounds for refusal to provide the public service established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan

• appeal;
• initiative of an administrative body or official.

 General requirements for the appeal

The appeal submitted in hard copy or electronic form shall indicate:

• Full name, IIN, postal address of a natural person, BIN of a legal entity;
• name of administrative body, official to whom the appeal is submitted;
• the essence of an appeal;
• date of filing an appeal;
• signature of the applicant or his representative;
• other information provided for by legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

If the administrative procedure is on a paid basis, the applicant must submit a document confirming the payment.
