In order to prevent accidents and incidents of tower cranes located on the territory of Almaty region, as well as to prevent accidents and incidents, owners and organizations must strictly comply with the requirements of 359 "rules for ensuring industrial safety in the operation of lifting mechanisms" dated 30.12.2014.
Causes of accidents and accidents:
- poor monitoring of the technical condition of tower cranes by engineering and technical personnel and heads of organizations;
- moral and physical wear and tear of tower cranes used;
- low level of theoretical and practical knowledge of the service personnel of a hazardous production facility.
It is also necessary to carry out the following activities::
- strengthening control over the technical condition of tower cranes used at construction sites;
- it is necessary to constantly monitor the technical condition of tower cranes.
