In Kazakhstan, citizens with disabilities of the first group who cannot move independently can use the services of an individual assistant at the expense of public funds.
PSC or egov services.kz through the portal is issued free of charge.
To get the service online:
1. log in to the portal and find the service "registration of documents for the provision of disabled persons of the first group with difficulty in movement, with the services of an individual assistant" ;
2. order the service online and fill out the application, sign it with an EDS or SMS password;
3. a notification about the processing of your application will be sent to your personal account.
To receive a service in a PSC:
1. application;
2. identity document;
3. A power of attorney is needed if you are applying on behalf of a person with a disability.
The term of rendering services in both cases is 10 working days. The response is sent to the client via SMS message.
