Since the beginning of the pandemic (2020), 57,263 laboratory-confirmed cases of CVI have been registered in the Almaty region. The morbidity rate per 100 thousand population was 2679.1. The excess of the regional morbidity rate is noted in the cities of Taldykorgan, Tekeli, Karatal, Koksu, Balkhash, Eskeldinsky, Uygur, Talgar, Panfilov districts.
The growth rate of the CVI in the region, when comparing the last two weeks, remains at the same level of 0.1%. Of the detected cases of CVE in children, 3 cases among children under 14 years old and 5 cases among schoolchildren.
The incidence of CVE in the context of the regions of the region: Aksu-1, Alakol-5, Ili-1, Karasay-3, Karatal- 2, Panfilov-3, Talgar-2, Uygur-2, Taldykorgan-14, Tekeli-1.
