On the appointment of the next elections of deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan

      In accordance with subparagraph 2) of Article 44 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 85 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" I DECIDE:

1. To appoint the next elections of Mazhilis deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected by party lists, for January 10, 2021.
2. To appoint the next elections of Mazhilis deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected by the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, on January 11, 2021.
3. The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan to organize the preparation and conduct of the next elections of Mazhilis deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, city council of Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Shymkent and regions to take the necessary measures for the organizational, material, technical and financial support of the next elections of deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This decree comes into force from the date of publication.
