The state institution "Department of entrepreneurship of the city of Tekeli" is an Executive body that implements the state policy in the field of entrepreneurship within the limits provided for by law.
The division carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decisions and orders of akim of Almaty oblast, the akimat of Almaty region and orders of akim of Tekeli city, the akimat of Tekeli and other regulatory legal acts and these regulations.
You can register an individual entrepreneur online on the portal elicense.kz. This is important in order to notify the tax authority about the start of business activity. Next, you need to select the service "Notification of the beginning of activity as an individual entrepreneur" in the right block of the main page. After ordering the service online, choose the tax authority to which you will be assigned. After filling in the application field and "Request confirmation from the State Revenue Authority", select the "Send" button. Then you need to specify the details and parameters of the future enterprise – address, name, type of activity( OKED), form of taxation, etc. The generated request is signed by the EDS. The notification about the opening of an individual entrepreneur will be received in the personal account within 1 business day.
A personal credit report online can be obtained through the portal egov.kz. To do this, you need to log in to the portal, select the appropriate service and click on the "Order service online" button. Then fill out the application and sign it using an EDS. The finished document will be sent to your personal account.
You can get a credit report for free only once a year. Repeated receipt of the credit history is carried out on a paid basis.
