Families of low - income families with children aged 1 to 6 years were paid with a guaranteed social package of 363 children-10914.1 thousand tenge.

Social assistance was provided to 69 families with children brought up and trained in preschool educational organizations in the amount of 4607.8 thousand tenge.

Additional benefits for utilities were paid to 1 WWII veterans in the amount of 103.5 thousand tenge.

13 citizens with an active form of tuberculosis received a social package of 1414.5 thousand tenge.

Reimbursement of expenses for home education of disabled children – 918.8 thousand tenge was paid to 20 families.

9 citizens registered with the Probation Service received one-time social assistance in the amount of 465.7 thousand tenge.

Housing assistance was paid to 74 families (89 family members) in the amount of 2714.7 thousand tenge.

From families with children studying full - time in organizations of higher, technical and professional, post-secondary education of the Republic of Kazakhstan-2 families (students) - 1400.0 thousand tenge was paid.

Since the beginning of the year, 466 public services have been provided to persons with disabilities in accordance with the individual rehabilitation program. In particular:

 - In accordance with the standard for providing mandatory hygiene products, 283 applications were accepted from 122 people, 283 tools were ordered and delivered through the social service portal.

- 162 people wrote applications for sanatorium treatment, of which 36 people refused for various reasons, 126 people were provided through the social service portal, the remaining 20 people are booked in various sanatoriums.

- 12 people applied for sign language tools for 27 tools, 26 tools were provided through the Social Service Portal, 1 item is provided by the state order of the regional administration.

- 22 people applied for 45 different tiflotechnical equipment, 45 devices were ordered and delivered through the social service portal.

-76 people applied for prosthetic and orthopedic devices for 118 different devices, 105 tools and prostheses were ordered through the social service portal, and orders for 13 products were made.

- 24 people applied for special means of movement for 34 wheelchairs, 34 tools were provided through the social service portal.

118 people were granted permits and extended their time in the civil service for issuing, renewing and revoking permits for labor immigrants.

Documents of 32 people of the 1st group for the position of a personal assistant have passed through prolangation since 2022, and applications from 5 people have been accepted in 2023 and are fully provided through the social service portal.

12 hearing aids were served by 2 sign language specialists.

As of November 01, 2023, the Invataxi service received 2,946 orders, which were used by 34 disabled people of the first group. The funds allocated from the local budget are 16,798 thousand Tenge, the disbursed funds are 6,261 thousand. tenge.

         In the city of Tekeli, 53 objects were certified, 53 objects were placed on the Infogov portal, of which 25 are available.  

 Special social assistance is provided to 179 disabled people and the elderly who are registered in the Departments of social assistance to the disabled and the elderly at home. Of these, 1 veteran of the Great Patriotic War, 135 Pensioners, 40 home front Workers, 3 disabled people.

37 children with disabilities who are registered in the Department of social assistance at home for disabled children and persons with psychoneurological diseases over 18 years of age are served. Among them: 13 children with musculoskeletal disorders, 3 children with Downa, 2 children with autism, 17 children with psychoneurological diseases. In each social worker, 5-6 children are fixed. 

Employees of the department provide social and household, socio - medical, socio-pedagogical, socio - cultural, socio - economic and Socio - Legal Services.

One-time social assistance was provided on the occasion of significant and public holidays:

- 2850.0 thousand tenge for 19 Afghan war veterans;

-2 military personnel of the Republic of Kazakhstan who performed their duties in accordance with interstate treaties and agreements on strengthening the protection of the border of the Commonwealth of Independent States on the Tajikistan-Afghanistan section - 300.0 thousand tenge;

-1500.0 thousand tenge for 10 participants in nuclear tests at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant;

37 social sphere specialists living and working in rural settlements were paid one-time social assistance for the purchase of fuel in the amount of 638.3 thousand tenge.

- 1500.0 million to the participants of the Great Patriotic War.in the amount of tenge.

- for prisoners of concentration camps in the amount of 100.0 thousand tenge.

- 13140.0 thousand for 219 people who worked from June 22, 1941 to May 9, 1945 for at least six months and were not awarded Orders and medals of the former USSR.in the amount of tenge.
