2) implementation of the state policy in the field of construction activities;
3) implementation of construction and other programs aimed at the socio-economic development of the city's territories, construction complex, infrastructure;
4) participation in the development of programs for the restoration and repair of existing housing stock;
5) study, analysis, forecasting and regulation of the development of the construction complex in the city;
6) deepening integration processes in the construction sector;
7) development of the construction materials industry;
8) formation of conditions for the development of local construction and installation and repair and construction enterprises.
