In order to fulfill the tasks voiced on State of the Nation Address of the first President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev on 5^th October, 2018, which is named «Growing welfare of kazakh citizens: increase in income and quality of life», the project office «TALDYQORGAN –ADALDYQ ALAṄY» was opened.

Purpose of the project office - formation of General intolerance to corruption and increasing the confidence of citizens in the institutions of state power, informing the city's population about the possibility of creating favorable conditions and personal participation by sending suggestions and recommendations.

Objectives of the project office - further development of the model of anti- corruption behavior of the population and solving corruption problems by improving the quality of public services, elimination of domestic corruption, creation of barrier-free and favorable conditions for citizens and businesses, transparency of the activities of state bodies, and large -scale public control.

Direction of the project office "TALDYQORGAN-ADALDYQ ALAṄY" to address issues of state services, education, health, social protection of the population, architecture, construction and land relations, and other issues. One of the priorities of the project office is to involve active members of the society in this process.

Direction of project implementation:

• Elimination of domestic corruption, creation of barrier-free and favorable conditions for citizens;
• Implementation of public control;
• Formation of an anti- corruption culture.
