As part of the implementation of the State Program for the Development of Healthcare for 2020-2025, in order to improve the quality and accessibility of medical services, improve the infrastructure of the healthcare sector, outpatient clinics, medical centers, polyclinics, maternity hospitals and hospitals are being built.
In accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory acts, ensuring the fulfillment of indicators of state programs and development plans of the region, supervising pre-project research, preparing a feasibility study, substantiating construction investments, developing design estimates, carrying out construction and installation works on the construction of facilities of the authorities internal affairs, sports, utilities and agriculture.
