There are 13 institutions for 1577 places in the region that provide special social services (hereinafter referred to as SSU). In 2023, 6 123.8 million tenge was allocated for the maintenance of the CSSU.

Including: one SSU center for the elderly and disabled of general type for 350 places (Tekeli SSU center "Shapagat" for 340 places, 10 places for a day stay). As of July 1, 2023, 342 people were covered by the services.

Four centers for patients with neuropsychiatric diseases over the age of 18 for 632 places (KSU "Zharkent center for SSU "Meirim" for 320 places, KSU "Kogalinsky center for SSU" for 162 places, KSU "Sarkan center for SSU "Nur" for 110 places, Alakol center for SSU "Shuak" for 40 places). As of July 1, 2023, 730 people received services.

One children's Center for disabled children with neuropsychiatric diseases from 3 to 18 years old for 130 places (KSU "Taldykorgan center for SSU "Kamkor" for 130 places). As of July 1, 2023, 69 disabled and disabled children over the age of 18 received services.

Seven day centers providing services in semi-stationary conditions for disabled children for 465 places (KSU "Day stay Center "Baiterek" for 90 places, KSU "Day stay Center "Umit" for 40 places, KSU "Day stay Center "Karatal" for 50 places, Rehabilitation department "Karatal" for 40 places, KSU "Day care Center "Senim" for 20 places, Rehabilitation department "Senim" for 10 places, KSU "Children's rehabilitation Center "Merey" for 40 places,  KSU "Day care Center "Zhansaya" with rehabilitation department" for 50 places, KSU "Day care Center for children with autism and other mental disorders" for 125 places). As of July 1, 2023, 277 disabled children were covered by services.

There are 24 branches providing SSU in the region. As of July 1, 2023, 2122 people received services. Of these, 782 children and persons over the age of 18 with neuropsychiatric diseases received services in 11 departments, 1340 elderly and disabled people living alone and living alone were served in 13 departments.

Some work is underway in the region to interact with non-governmental organizations.

44 455.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the Republic of Belarus for 111 people to provide SSU through NPOv conditions at home. Contracts were concluded with 5 NGOs (NGO "Ecosystem-Alakol" (Alakolsky)-35, NGO "Almaty Regional Voluntary Society children-inv-v" (Kerbulaksky)-45, NGO "Tekeli-Komek" (Tekeli)-25, NGO "Demeu" (Eskeldinsky)-8, Ushtobinsky branch of NGO "Alpamys"(Karatal)-8). As of July 1, 2023, 135 people are covered by the services.

To provide special social services in a hospital for the disabled with neuropsychiatric diseases, 119 008.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the budget for 50 people. A contract has been concluded with 1 NGO. As of July 1, 2023, 70 people were covered by special social services.

For the provision of SSU in the conditions of a day stay, 132 736.0 thousand tenge is provided for 112 people (the cost for the 1st service recipient is 5,746 tenge).As of today, contracts have been concluded with 4 NGOs. As of July 1, 2023, 85 people are covered by the services.

74,562 thousand tenge was allocated for the provision of special social services in the KSU "Center for Social Assistance to Victims of Domestic Violence" (of which: 25,626 thousand tenge - RB, 48,926 thousand tenge - MB).As of July 1, 2023, 62 people received services.

175,532 thousand tenge was allocated for the provision of SSU in the KSU "Center for Social Adaptation for People in difficult life situations" (of which: 40,206 thousand tenge - RB, 135,326 thousand tenge - MB).As of July 1, 2023, 176 people received services.
