Congratulatory speech on October 25 – Republic Day

Dear brother!
I sincerely congratulate you on the day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Declaration of state sovereignty was adopted by the resolution of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic on October 25, 1990, and it was on this day that the sovereignty of our country was proclaimed and the political and legal foundations of Kazakhstan as an independent state were established.
Thanks to this declaration, Kazakhstan abandoned the use of Soviet laws and began to create its own Basic Law.
For the first time, such state principles as the integrity of the country's territory, its inviolability, the revival and development of the native culture, traditions, language of the Kazakh people and other ethnic groups in Kazakhstan, and the strengthening of national dignity were approved.
The document proclaimed the principle of independent solution of political, economic and social problems. Kazakhstan has received the right to create its own internal troops, State Security and internal affairs bodies. And the head of state was recognized as the head of the administrative and executive supreme power.
Sovereign Kazakhstan began to be recognized as a separate state with high and equal Windows.
The adopted Declaration is the foundation of Kazakhstan's independence. With the adoption of this declaration, our own territory, citizenship, state budget, independence in international relations and state symbols were approved, which declare sovereignty.
The country was uplifted and spirit revived. The new capital was erected and recognized as the cradle of peace.
The quality of life of the population has improved, and social policy has become one of the priorities.
For young people, the horizons of Education have expanded. Stability and harmony were ensured in the society.
One of the largest regions of the Zhetysu region – Sayaly Sarkan region-has been thriving for 32 years, making a significant contribution to increasing the power of the district's public.
Thanks to the improvement of the quality of life of the population, the number of residents of the district today exceeds 40 thousand people.
Of these, about 16 nationalities live in harmony. This is a great joy for us.

From all souls will be directed to the main national holiday of the country "Dnieper Republic of Kazakhstan".
On the same day, 1990, a document was adopted on the sovereignty of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic to its independence. This is a special holiday in calendare for our significant Danish people.
October 25, 1990 marked the beginning of the independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In the first, those working years of the new state, the first tasks were announced - to increase the level of education, the welfare of Kazakhstanis and the creation of a strategic reserve.
These tasks are key in the state policy and today.
For short periods of historical events, we have passed the way of the former tables.
We have established and strengthened our position in the World Arena, following the state's rapidly developing economy.
It is a blessing that today in our region many residential houses are being built, new workplaces are being opened, social facilities are being built.
But the main thing is that we and our children live in the world and believe that we are the same people for many countries of the world.
Today, the availability of modernity with it is complicated by our own differences and the transition to mudiness and peace.
I have realized that we are with our joint efforts and their achievements, strengthening and achieving our region with its created labor!
