The following works are carried out on land relations: preparation of proposals and draft resolutions of the akimat on the provision of land plots for private ownership and land use, except for cases provided for by the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003, registration of ownerless land plots, making proposals on the withdrawal, including by purchase, of land plots for state needs, except for cases provided for by the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003, the definition of divisibility and indivisibility of land, organization of land and approval of land management projects on forming of land plots, preparation of proposals for the development of regional programs on rational land use, improvement of soil fertility, protection of land resources in combination with other conservation activities and ensuring their implementation, preparation of proposals for the development of plans for land and economic system of the territory of settlements of the district, preparation of proposals on transfer of agricultural land from one type to another, make suggestions about organization and tendering (competition, auctions) for the sale of land or rights in land plots in state ownership and not provided in the land use, examination of district programs, schemes and projects concerning the use and protection of lands, the balance of the land area, record keeping of land owners and land users, as well as other subjects of land relations, organization of land cadastre maintenance on the territory of the district, issuance of passports of agricultural land plots, drawing up lease and sale agreements for land plots, preparation of proposals for issuing permits for the use of land for survey work
