Implementation of the state policy in the field of education. Creating the necessary conditions for quality education aimed at formation, development and professional formation of personality on the basis of national and universal values, achievements of science and practice, enhancing the social status of teachers, the creation of special conditions for education of persons with disabilities, the provision of primary, basic secondary and General secondary education in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, organization of registration of children of preschool and school age, their training before they receive secondary education, providing material and technical support to state educational organizations, organizing the purchase and delivery of textbooks and teaching materials to educational organizations, providing additional education for children, providing organizations and conducting school Olympiads and competitions of scientific projects in General subjects, district-level competitions, directing funds to provide material assistance to students and pupils of state educational institutions, organization of free meals for certain categories of students and pupils in the order, assistance in employment of persons who have completed training in educational organizations, provision of necessary methodological and Advisory assistance to families and organizations of preschool education and training, implementation of educational monitoring.
Since 2017, according to the needs of the labor market of the region, educational grants are awarded at the expense of the local budget according to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2008 No. 58 "On Approval of the Rules for awarding an educational grant to pay for higher or Postgraduate Education with the award of a Bachelor's or Master's degree", Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 29, 2016 No. 122 On Approval of the Rules for placing a state educational order for training personnel with technical and Professional, post-secondary, higher and postgraduate education, taking into account the needs of the labor market, for preparatory departments of organizations of higher and (or) postgraduate education, as well as pre-school education and training, secondary education.
According to the Standard Rules for Admission to educational organizations that implement educational curricula of primary, basic secondary, and general secondary education, applications from parents or legal representatives of children entering the first grade are accepted from June 1 to August 30 of the current year through the Government for Citizens branch or the E-Government web portal, also in hard copy in educational organizations.
For the admission of children to the first class, the following documents are required::
application from parents (or persons replacing them);
copy of the child's birth certificate;
health certificate (medical passport);
two photos of 3 cm by 4 cm.
